This is a beautiful set of 3 stamps, issued by Marshall Islands in 2003, featuring politicians of Marshall Islands. The stamps include paintings of Senator Tipne Philippo (1933-2000), Senator Henchi Balos (1946-2000), and Oscar deBrum (1929-2002), who was a Statesman and led a distinguished life in public service. Each painting was done by American artist Chris Calle. The set is Scott catalog #817-9, and is Post Office fresh, mint never hinged, and F/VF.
