This is a beautiful Souvenir Sheet, issued in Burundi in 2012, celebrating the legends of bicycle racing. The sheet includes an image of Eugene Christophe, the French road bike racer and pioneer of cyclo-cross, who was the first rider to wear the yellow jersey of the Tour de France. The stamp features an image of American Arthur Augustus Zimmerman, one of the world's greatest cycling sprint riders, who won the first world championship in 1893. The sheet is Scott catalog #1086, and is Post Office fresh, mint never hinged, and F/VF.
