This is a beautiful Souvenir Sheet, issued by the Central African Republic in 2012, honoring the International Resuce Committee and Albert Einstein, who helped create the organization. The sheet features images of the humanitarian organization's schools in Liberia, Sierra Leone and South Sudan, and also includes a quote from Einstein: "It is the duty of every man to render to the world at least as much as he has received."
