This is a beautiful souvenir stamp sheet, issued by Central Africa in 2012, and featuring George Stephenson (1781 - 1848), one of the pioneers of the early locomotive. Also featured are his famous "Rocket" from 1929, and the Locomotive No. 1 from 1825. The sheet is Post Office fresh, mint never hinged, and F/VF.
