This is a beautiful Souvenir Sheet, issued in 2012 in the Central African Republic, featuring African Parrots. The sheet features images of the Niam-niam Parrot (Poicephalus crassus) and the Black-collared Lovebird (Agapornis swindernianus.) The stamp includes an image of two Red-headed Lovebirds (Agapornis pullarius.) The sheet is Post Office fresh, mint never hinged, and F/VF.
