This is a beautiful Souvenir Sheet, issued by Congo in 2006 honoring past American President George Washington, and includes a brief biography. There are also American Indians including Sitting Bull, a buffalo and a horse on the sheet.
The sheet is Post Office fresh, mint never hinged.
