This is a complete set of 2 souvenir sheets, each containing two gold foil stamps, issued by Congo in 2003 depicting owls, mushrooms, and Robert Baden Powell, the founder of the Scouting movement, as well as the Scouting symbol. The sheets are Post Office fresh, mint never hinged. The gold foil is much brighter than the scan makes them appear, because the shiny gold foil is extremely difficult to scan, but we're sure you'll find these gold stamps very attractive, that are certain to become a rare collector's item.
