This is a beautiful booklet pane of Red Cross semi-postals, issued by France in 1954, depicting engravings of work by artists Eugene Carriere and Jean-Baptiste Greuze of young children. There’s a small stain in the upper right corner of both the cover and on selvage inside. The stamps have no stains. Price based on stamps only.
