This is a beautiful sheet of 4 stamps, issued in 2012 in Gambia, commemorating the 150th anniversary of President Abraham Lincoln drafting The Emancipation Proclamation in 1862. The four stamps include a portrait of Lincoln, the Preliminary Emancipation Proclamation, a caricature of Lincoln writing the Emancipation Proclamation, and Francis B. Carpenter's painting "First Reading of the Emancipation Proclamation of President Lincoln" (1864). The background sheet includes Lincoln's signature.
