This is a beautiful Souvenir Sheet, issued in 2012 in Gambia, commemorating the 150th anniversary of President Abraham Lincoln drafting The Emancipation Proclamation in 1862. The stamp and sheet feature David Gilmore Blythe's painting "President Lincoln, writing the Proclamation of Freedom. January 1st, 1863." The sheet is Post Office fresh, mint never hinged, and F/VF.
