This is a beautiful Souvenir Sheet, issued by Guinea-Bissau in 2012, commemorating the 210th anniversary of the death of Russian painter Ivan Argunov (1729-1802). The stamp features a detail of his self portrait, and his "Portrait of Condessa Varvara Sheremetev." The sheet includes a large detail from "Portrait of Grand Duchess Ekaterina Alexeyevna."
