This is a beautiful Souvenir Sheet, issued in the Repubic of Guinea in 2012, commemorating the 45th anniversary of the death of Soviet pilot and cosmonaut Vladimir Mikhailovitch Komarov. The stamp features images of Youri Gagarine, the Soviet pilot and cosmonaut who made the first human journey into outer space. It also inlcudes an image from a Mars expedition. The sheet inlcudes an image of the Soyuz rocket, the Soyuz TMA-7, and Russian philopsher, philogist and culturologist Aleksei Fedorovich Losev.
