This is a beautiful 3 stamp sheet, issued by Guinea in 2012, featuring La Francophonie 2012, the 14th bi-annual summit of 77 French-speaking states and governments held in Kinshasa. All three stamps include images of Abdou Diouf, the Senegalese politician who is Secretary-General of La Francophonie. In addition, one stamp features The People's Palace, the seat of the Congolese Parliament since its independence in 1960 with Joseph Kabila, President of the Republic of the Congo. The second stamp includes the logo for La Francophonie 2012, and the third stamp includes French President Nicolas Sarkozy with Joseph Kabila.
