Featured on the stamps are the 1830 Best Friend of Charleston locomotive, the 1845 Columbine train, 1846 Kinnaird locomotive, English civil engineer Robert Stephenson with the 1848 Long Boiler Express, the 1835 Adler German steam locomotive, the 1851-84 Lord of the Isles train, and the "Father of Railways" George Stephenson along with the 1836 Pioneer steam locomotive. The set is Scott Catalog #1305-11, and is Post Office fresh, mint never hinged, and F/VF.
