Featured on the stamps are Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the persecution of Christians under Nero in 64 AD, Saint Pierre (10-64 AD), Emperor of the Romans Charlemagne, Saint King Louis IX of France, the construction of the Amiens Cathedral in France during the 13th century, Joan of Arc & the coronation of Charles VII of France, and Pope John Paul II, among others.
