This is a beautiful souvenir sheet, issued in 2004, celebrating the 75th birthday of the famous Walt Disney cartoon character Mickey Mouse. Also featured on the sheet are scenes from the Disney animated short cartoon "Lambert the Sheepish Lion", as well as Minnie Mouse as an astronaut in space.
