This is a beautiful sheet of 6 stamps, issued in 2012 in Mozambique, celebrating the 300th anniversary of the birth of Frederick II of Prussia in 1712. The stamps feature images associated with the rule of Frederick II, King of Prussia who became known as Frederick The Great. Images include Frederick, Francesco Algarott, who corresponded with Frederick, Elisabeth-Christine de Brunswick-Wolfenhuttel-Bevern (Empress of Germany), the St. Hedwig's Cathedral in Berlin, Pope Clement XIV, Brandenburg Gate, and a statue of Frederick The Great.
