This is a beautiful set of 2 sheets of 12 stamps and 2 Souvenir Sheets, issued by Palau in 1996, featuring different types of aircraft. One sheet of 12 stamps is titled "Spies in The Sky: Stealth, Surveillance and Electronic Warfare," and includes images of aircraft on each stamp with descriptions on the sheet below. A matching Souvenir Sheet includes America's Super-Plane, the B-2 Stealth Bomber. The other sheet of 12 stamps is titled "Oddities of the Air: Weird and Wonderful Designs," and also includes images on each stamp with descriptions on the sheet. Its matching Souvenir Sheet includes the X-24B, a forerunner of today's Space Shuttle. The sheets are Scott catalog #403-6, and are Post Office fresh, mint never hinged, and F/VF.
