This is a complete set of 2 beautiful sheets, the first containing 9 stamps, the second a Souvenir sheet of 1, issued in 2003 by St. Thomas & Principe, commemorating the 300th Anniversary of St. Petersburg by showing art masterpieces from the Hermitage Museum Collection. The Souvenir sheet also shows one of the Hermitage galleries. The sheets are Scott catalog numbers 1463 and 1466, and are Post Office fresh, mint never hinged.
