This is a beautiful sheet of 4 stamps, issued in 2012 in Uganda, commemorating the 435th anniversary of the birth of painter Peter Paul Rubens (1577-1640). The stamps each feature a different painting by the Flemish Baroque artist, including "The Deposition" (1602), "The Martyrdom of Saint Stephen" (1616-1617), "Christ and Mary Magdalene" (1618), and "The Last Judgement" (1617). The background sheet includes images from Rubens' paintings. The sheet is Post Office fresh, mint never hinged, and F/VF.
