This is a beautiful Souvenir Sheet, issued in 2012 in Uganda, commemorating the 435th anniversary of the birth of painter Peter Paul Rubens (1577-1640). The stamp features an image of Rubens' painting "Christ at Simon the Pharisee" (1618-1620), while the sheet includes an image of the Flemish Baroque artist, an image of his house, and a detail from his painting "Annunciation" (1628).
