US Stamp 2000 - Space Achievement Stamp with Hologram #3412

This is an $11.75 Express Mail postage stamp, issued by the United States in 2000. It's the first circular stamp issued by the the USPS, and features the first hologram on a US stamp. The hologram reveals a rainbow-streaked view of the Earth with North America at the upper left. The planet appears to rotate 25 degrees east and west when the stamp is moved. The sheet is Scott catalog #3412, and is Post Office fresh, mint never hinged.
