This is a beautiful Souvenir Sheet, issued in Burundi in 2012, celebrating the history of airships and ballooning, and, in particular, the work of the Montgolfier brothers of France. The stamp features an image of Jacques-Etienne Montgolfier, who, with his brother, invented the montgolfier-style hot air balloon, and launched the first manned ascent, with Jaques-Etienne Montgolfier on the balloon. The sheet also includes images of their balloons and a French coin honoring the brothers. The sheet is Michel catalog #2410/ Bl. 214, and is Post Office fresh, mint never hinged, and F/VF.
